Terms and Conditions

Confirmation of numbers
To ensure the efficient execution of your function we require an accurate estimation of catering numbers seven (7) working days prior to the function date. Guaranteed catering numbers are required three (3) working days before the function date by 10am. Applicable charges will apply or on final head count which ever is greater.

Cancellation policy
We require notification in writing to R & R Catering sixty (60) calendar days prior to the function- the deposit will be reimbursed in full.

Functions cancelled within sixty calendar days prior to the date will forfeit the full deposit.

Prices do not include the cost of any equipment that may need to be hired for the function. Any equipment broken or lost will be charged to the client.

Removal of rubbish is the responsibility of the client or may be done by us at a charge.

Price is subject to a site inspection of where the function is to be held.

All prices are subject to produce availability especially towards Christmas.

To confirm booking a 35% deposit is required. The balance is to be received 24 hours prior to function.

Payment can be made by cheque or direct transfer into R & R's Bank Account. Should you wish to pay by credit card there is an additional 2% on the final cost.
